RollTrack® SOFTWARE System
Our History
Emergent Software Canada has been developing roll measurement and grinding applications since 1990. Our main markets are the Paper, Steel, and Aluminum manufactures and the machine shops servicing them.
RollTrack® Measuring System
Profile, Crown, TIR and Roundness measurements in real-time using location, rotation and material surface information is collected from sensors to generate detailed onscreen analysis and printed reports for the operator. RollTrack® supports both laser and contact probes for any application.
Licensing
All user information is stored in a hardware key (HASP dongle). Customers only pay for the software modules they use and modules can be added, removed or upgraded at any time using a software activation key entered into RollTrack® by the operator.
RollTrack® Grinding System
Roll Grinding System can configured in Automatic, Semi-Automatic and Manual modes. Optional software control of any combination of Carriage, Headstock, Upside and Downside Infeed axis, Grind Wheel and motor speed. Integration with existing PLC or manual controls or direct motor and servo control via LOGIX, MODBUS, GELINK, and EtherCAT.
